How to play
- Move the cursor. Drag your thumb anywhere on the pad at the bottom. You feel a small click at every cell you cross.
- Leave a pencil mark. Tap the pad once, then pick numbers. Tap a number again to remove it.
- Write a number. Tap the pad twice, then pick the number. You can also open the pad and tap the mode pill to switch between notes and numbers.
- Erase a cell. Open the pad and tap Erase.
- Close the pad. Swipe it down.
- Jump somewhere. Tap a cell on the board and the cursor goes straight there.

How much help do I get?
You pick, each time you start a level.
- Show me the way. Row, column and box light up, matching numbers glow, and a wrong number turns red as soon as you place it.
- A little help. The highlights, but you find your own mistakes.
- On my own. A bare grid.
Making it easier to read
The app follows your iPhone settings. Turn up Settings, Accessibility, Display & Text Size, Larger Text and the whole app grows with it, board included. Bold Text, Increase Contrast and Reduce Motion all work too. Four themes ship with the app, and you can switch between them mid-game from the appearance button on the right edge.
Common questions
What do I get for free, and what costs money?
Levels 1 to 5 are free. One payment of $3.99 unlocks levels 6 to 50 and every puzzle pack we add later. It is a one-off, not a subscription, and it follows your Apple Account onto any device you sign in to. If you have paid before and the levels are locked, open the unlock screen and tap Restore purchase.
Do I need an internet connection?
No. The app never connects to anything. It works in aeroplane mode.
Where did my progress go?
Progress is stored on your device only. Deleting the app or switching to a new phone loses it, because there is no account to restore from.
Can a puzzle be unsolvable, or need a guess?
No. Every one of the 50 puzzles has exactly one solution and can be solved by logic alone. If you ever find one that cannot, please tell us. That is a bug.
I do not feel the haptic clicks.
Check that Settings, Sounds & Haptics, System Haptics is on. Haptics need a real iPhone, so they do not fire in the Simulator.
Is there an Android version, or an iPad version?
Not today. It is an iPhone app built around a one-handed grip.
